The Earthlite Deluxe Adjustable Headrest tilts up and down and can be lifted straight up for depth adjustment.

This is the headrest only, no pillow included. Will fit tables with headrest holes that measure 8″ center of left hole to center of right hole with 3/4 inch dowels.
