How soon can I get my order?

Body Logic usually ships orders on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of each week. If an order is placed by 2pm CST on any ship day, your order should ship that day. Orders placed on Tuesday, Thursday, or on the weekends, will be shipped on the following ship day. In Texas and bordering states, you should receive you package within 1-3 business days after shipping. In other states, it could take anywhere from 2-5 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

How is my order shipped?

All order are shipped either UPS, USPS, or FedEx. All packages are trackable. All P.O. Box orders will ship USPS.

Is there any free shipping?

Unfortunately, with the rise in production and shipping costs, there is no room for free shipping. In order to keep cost as low as possible for the customer, there is only a $10 flat rate to ship most products. Some exclusions do apply to big box items.

Can I pickup my order to avoid shipping fees?

Yes, in the DFW area (North Dallas and Mesquite). Please call/text 214-378-6100 to coordinate. Upon pickup you can pay with any form of payment accepted, Zelle and cash being preferred. Thank you!!

Is there a minimum order amount?

No. You can order one or several items. Body Logic takes your order seriously, no matter the size or amount.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Zelle, and Cash. In some circumstances checks are accepted. Please call/text 214-378-6100 for inquiries regarding cash or check payments.

Do you backorder products?

Yes. If your product is not in stock, you will be notified by email or phone, with any information I have on that product’s next availability, so that you may plan accordingly. Backorder products can be cancelled if you don’t want to wait. If you are okay waiting, you will receive updates and shipping information as it comes in via email or phone.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds will be issued on all unused, unopened products within 30 days of purchase. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns after 15 days of purchase, or you can receive the entire amount in store credit. All opened and used items, special or custom orders, closeout and sale items, are all non-refundable.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes. Body Logic carries several products that have bulk pricing levels. Please call/text for more details.
