DFW AREA PICKUP LOCATIONS AVAILABLE!! One in North Dallas, the other in Mesquite.
If you choose “Payment at Pickup”, the $10shipping fee will not be charged. Your total will be the cart amount minus $10. At pickup, you can pay with cash, credit card, or Zelle (IF CASH, PLEASE BRING EXACT AMOUNT). When order is received, I will reach out to you soon after to confirm and coordinate you pickup, usually through text or email. Shipping
We pride ourselves on getting your order out as quickly as possible!!
Order shipments are shipped mostly on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, later in the afternoon. Shipment Orders place before 2:30pm (CST), on MWF, will most likely be shipped out same day. Any orders placed after 2:30pm MWF, will most likely be pushed until the next shipping day. All Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday shipping orders will also be pushed to next shipping day. If the product is out-of-stock, you will be notified when it will be in. You will also receive an e-mail letting you know when and how your order shipped.

1) We ship all orders either UPS, USPS, of FedEx.
Orders for Alaska, Hawaii or APO/AP addresses please call for shipping quote.
A shipping charge of $10.00 will be calculated at the time of all other orders and added to the final cost. We do not take responsibility for late shipments due to UPS, USPS, of FedEx delivery errors, but will assist you in anyway to track your package. There are no refunds due to shipping errors. No International orders.
If an address correction has to be made to a shipment due to customer error, and charges a fee for that correction, then the customer will be charged that fee.
2) Return Policy: We accept returns of new, unused product, in the original packaging within 20 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Items over 30 days may not be returned. You can exchange or receive Store Credit for full value if returned within 20 days and in resell-able condition. After 20 days all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No refund or returns of sale items or special orders. Thank You!
3) Missing/Defective/Damaged Products: We do recognize that occasionally a loss package happens please notify us with in 7 days so we can attempt to locate the package for you. Defective or damaged package can also happen. Please inspect all items upon receipt. Call us immediately, within 5 days of purchase to report any damage. Retain packing slip and all packing material. We will replace or repair the item at no cost to you if returned within 30 days of receipt. Call Customer Service at 214-378-6100.
4) Non Returnable Items: For health reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products. No returns on washed linens or used items.
5) Sales Tax only applicable to Texas residents. A sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all orders shipped to a Texas address.
